JPL All-Stars

INTRODUCING THE JPL ALL-STARS (FORMERLY REP TEAM)

We’re excited to announce that what was previously known as the Representative Team has now been rebranded as The JPL All-Stars. This new name better reflects the elite nature of the programme and the exceptional talent involved. While the name has changed, the mission remains the same: to identify and support the top-performing players across the Junior Premier League and JPL Warriors through high-level training, competitive fixtures, and unique development opportunities—both in the UK and abroad.

THE JPL ALL-STARS PROGRAMME

The Junior Premier League runs JPL All-Stars teams at U9s through to U15s for boys, and for our JPL Warriors we run U12s through to U18s.

This programme is aimed at the best players in the Junior Premier League and JPL WARRIORS from across the country, and offers players the opportunity to train alongside fellow top-performing players and compete in exciting showcase games.

As part of a JPL All-Stars team, players will develop individually through extra coaching and top-quality games against leading academies. Our programme will not impact upon a player’s training or matches with their existing JPL club—we have designed it to work alongside the normal season. Players will undertake a number of training sessions with high-quality coaches during the season, as well as playing games against Category 1, 2, and 3 academies.

This season the JPL All-Stars teams have played Arsenal, Bristol City, Chelsea, Manchester United, Southampton, Tottenham, and Wolves, to name a few. We have had amazing success with our JPL All-Stars players, as we continue to see 1 in 7 players involved sign for professional academies. At present, we offer programmes in the Yorkshire/North, Midlands, London/South East, and South West/South Coast regions.

During the season, players selected in the programme will have the opportunity to attend an overseas trip. The last couple of tours have seen us take players for an elite training camp and matches at Real Madrid and Juventus. This October, we have groups going to Barcelona for training at La Masia, with future tours also planned for other European clubs.

SELECTION PROCESS

Selection for the Junior Premier League JPL All-Stars team is a 3-step process. This process starts at the end of the season, where the staff team begins identifying players who have impressed throughout the year, as well as those who are in the top goal scorers and awards lists. Throughout the summer, we will then host a variety of trials to provide players ample opportunity to demonstrate their abilities.
